Meet the Doctors
DR. JOSEPH CASTILLO, DMD
Dr. Joseph “Joe” Castillo is originally from the Philippines and grew up in Florida where he completed his undergraduate studies at University of Florida and attended LECOM School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Joe strives to help as many people as possible through proper treatment, valuing professionalism and excellence every day, while also building long-term relationships with his patients and guiding them toward better oral health.
Outside of dentistry, he loves to travel, exercise, and play various sports. He loves to live an active lifestyle and loves spending time with his family and their two golden retrievers, Mia and Daisy.
DR. EMILEE MADISON CASTILLO, DMD
Dr. Emilee “Maddy” Castillo is a Pensacola native and a University of Florida alumna. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Chicago, IL. In college, she played on the University of Florida Women’s Golf Team, where they were SEC champions in 2017.
Dr. Maddy’s favorite aspect of dentistry is the combination of medicine and art to create a functional smile.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Maddy enjoys coffee, cooking, reading, pilates, and yoga.
DR. MONTE TREDWAY, DMD
Dr. Monte Tredway has resided in the Pensacola area for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1982 and has been in private practice in Pensacola, FL since then. He is past-president of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Dental Association and was honored as Dentist of the Year in 2008.
Dr. Tredway has attended advanced courses on many aspects of dental treatment. He enjoys getting to know his patients and helping them achieve their oral health goals.
Outside of work Dr. Tredway is a black belt and is in a band.
